I went in expecting a routine exam and cleaning but only received the exam. During the visit, I noticed cleanliness issues in the treatment area, which I documented with photos. I was told I would receive emailed quotes for a cleaning and fillings, but nothing was sent until I called, and the quote I received was incorrect β I never received a quote for the cleaning at all. Appointments were scheduled incorrectly by the receptionist, Olivia, and my calls and messages went unanswered. I later learned their hygienist quit and cleanings arenβt available until June (a FIVE month wait), which was never disclosed upfront. The office manager, I believe is named Carla, has been unresponsive. They say they will refund the program I signed up for, but only if they then bill me full price for the exam β which is useless since I now have to start over with another dentist. Poor communication and poor management. I would not recommend this office. To whomever is responsible for the canned replies that pretend to care about what patients say, don't bother to reply. Rather spend your time improving this office or better yet, close it because it seems like a waste of time and money to keep it ope

Ask for Trent Herrera dental student. He filled my 2 teeth with dentist supervision and he did a great job! I had no pain at all he was very gentle and professional and made me comfortable in his care. I could not be more grateful and happy for the service I received. Thank you Trent.ππ

Watch out, they don't supervise the students like they used to- if you're unsatisfied with the work a student does after the supervising professor approves a procedure, you might be screwed, as the professors don't often check the finished product. Professors will check the progress of a procedure and provide instruction on how to finish, but they will not usually check to see if the work was finished as directed. And if your student is one of the good ones... forget about that final inspection completely. My student told the underclassman shadowing her, while explaining a shortcut on shaping my tooth for a crown "...but a senior student showed me that you can do it this way, i don't understand why it needs to be done the other way anyway". In other words, the students are sharing hacks with each other instead of doing things as instructed. And the good ones can basically do whatever they want (until they make a mistake, hopefully not on your mouth. ) To be fair, the students and staff are much better than commercial dentists at explaining why they are doing things, and also at explaining things that go wrong. Also, staff will correct any critical errors. General dissatisfacti

I cannot put into words how high of quality my care was at even an initial appointment. I felt even more cared for than my old dentist, who I loved, but this consult-only was much more thorough than consult-only appointments I had with her. I had an AMAZING dental tech I sadly didn't get the name of who was super helpful & understanding in me transitioning records, and Michelle the hygienist & Dr. Alfonso Aguilera were open to questions clarifying advice. I feel they gave attention to nuances of personal cases rather than cookie-cutter measures. I really appreciate that it seems they set up the staff for success, and the staff goes even beyond that. (Granted, I'm sure they were likely less busy than many other days as it was the week of Thanksgiving). Either way, definitely a 5-star experience.

This is my third visit and everyone I've encountered has been amazing! I had gone an embarrassingly long amount of time between dental visits and my gums were starting to show wear and tear and I was extremely worried about them. I finally plucked up the courage to make an appointment and am so glad that I did. Dr. Sechrist and his dental hygienist Jessica are up there with some of my favorite people now. They put me on a good regimen of care and I look forward to attaining good dental health again.
